Steps
- If fresh wings, cut off tips and discard. Cut remaining wings in half at joint.
- In large bowl, beat eggs and all ingredients until blended.
- Add wings, cover, and refrigerate for 24 hours.
- Preheat oven to 500°F.
- Use disposable foil pans or 9x14 glass pyrex dishes.
- Place wings in single layer. Roast 45-60 minutes until crisp, turning wings every 15 minutes and basting with marinage.
- Sprinkle with additional cayenne pepper before baking if desired.

- Use all ingredients - it makes a difference!
- Have ready by the time the Buc game starts. If we lose, at least you’ve tailgated well. Then, air out your house and clean your oven.

- 4 lb chicken wings
- 2 eggs
- 2 c peanut oil
- 3 c cider vinegar
- 4.5 t salt
- 1 onion, minced
- 0.5 t red pepper sauce
- cayenne pepper, to taste
- 0.5 t ground red pepper
- 0.25 t celery seed
- 1.5 t nutmeg
- 0.125 t ground cloves, an eighth
- 0.5 t ground pepper
- 1 T minced garlic
- 0.33 c Louisiana hot sauce
