Steps
Add wet ingredients to a big bowl.
Then add dry ingredients. Mix well, making sure to coat all the oats.
Cover baking sheet with high-heat oil (I use avocado) - this helps get a crunchier texture.
Bake at 350ºF for 15-20 minutes.
For proper granola chunks/crunch, let cool on baking sheet for one hour; or remove immediately for softer granola.
Notes
I double this recipe and fit it on a big Ninja NeverStick baking sheet (10x15” or 11x17”) since I eat a lot granola throughout the week.

0.5 c peanut butter
0.5 c strawberry jam, or grape jelly, or raspberry/blueberry preserves
1 t vanilla extract
0.25 c sunflower seeds
2 c rolled oats
0.5 to 1 c peanuts
0.5 t salt
